Had a slap in the face by my depression yesterday evening. It totally seemed to be out of the blue especially after such a great weekend but this morning I noticed that I think I accidentally skipped my meds yesterday morning (which is when i take my Cymbalta) so that's probably what set it off. Sorry about the dearth of posts. I had a very busy weekend. Friday night's Mother Grove show was great. We showed up around 8 and the place was packed. It looked like there was no way we would ever get a table when we lucked into one. Since there were only three of us and it the table was large, we shared with two other couples. 1. Don't drink an entire pitcher of pina colada's by yourself on an empty stomach and then drunk dial astria.
